After an overwhelmingly strong launch, pilot programs with some of the most iconic companies in Europe, and a clear product roadmap, we're now looking for a commercial leader to help us scale fast, smart and globally.

 

The Role: Chief Commercial Officer

As CCO at Third, you will own our go-to-market strategy across enterprise and agency segments. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, partnerships and revenue and turn our momentum into measurable growth.

This is a rare opportunity to build a new category, shape the commercial blueprint of a frontier tech company, and work directly with a founder group who previously built some of the strongest creative and consulting brands in the Nordics.

We believe the right person has experience in SEO, performance marketing, or MarTech, and is hungry to reinvent the playbook for the age of LLMs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy & Execution:
    Define and execute Third’s commercial strategy across priority segments:

    • Agencies (creative, digital, performance)

    • Enterprises (retail, pharma, finance, mobility)

  • Revenue Ownership:
    Set and meet quarterly revenue targets. Forecast, track, and scale commercial performance.

  • Agency-Led Growth:
    Lead our agency partnership model including pricing, enablement, revenue sharing, and co-delivery models.

  • Enterprise Sales Leadership:
    Oversee enterprise sales and nurture long-term customer relationships with CMO/CIO-level decision-makers.

  • Team Building & Leadership:
    Build and lead a high-performing commercial team (sales, CS, marketing, partnerships).

  • Positioning & Messaging:
    Work closely with the CEO and product team to sharpen our narrative and keep Third ahead of the market curve.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS or consulting businesses

  • 10+ years experience in commercial leadership, sales or partnerships

  • Deep familiarity with SEO, performance marketing or MarTech

  • Experience selling to or working inside agencies or agency networks

  • Fluent in GTM strategy: pipeline management, channel sales

  • Comfort in fast-paced, high-stakes startup environments

  • A visionary mindset: You think in systems, not just tactics

  • Strong communicator: You can excite a CMO, close a CFO, and brief a partner
