It was founded by people who have spent their careers inside the real worlds of brands, growth, strategy and transformation - people who could see, earlier than most, that AI was about to change the rules of how companies are discovered, understood and chosen.
That matters because this category will fill quickly with smart people who understand models, prompts and engineering. Most of them have never sat with a CMO. They have never defended a strategy, aligned a complex organisation, or made marketing work inside a living business.

He founded Matter in 2017, took it from one desk in Copenhagen Fintech to a forty-person ESG data and analytics company, raised a Series
A from Nasdaq Ventures, and exited to Diginex in 2025. He has built the operating spine of a venture-backed European software company once already.
He is now building it again, with the lessons already paid for.

Jeppe Henckel
Head of Product
He honed his craft at Frog in Munich, the design consultancy that helped define the discipline of digital product design for the world's largest companies.
He rose to Principal Designer, one of the senior craft and leadership roles at the firm, where he led project teams across research, strategy and interface design, raised the design standard across the European studios, and sat inside the leadership group shaping how the practice itself evolved.
Since then he has spent close to a decade as a senior product consultant and lectured on user interface design at the IT University of Copenhagen.

He is a strong believer of that the future belongs to the intersection of people and AI. Agencies are masters of strategy, customer behavior and creativity.

He spent more than a decade at Google, including senior creative strategy and leadership roles across EMEA.
He helped build Google's creative services organisation, led creative effectiveness and measurement work for some of the world's largest advertisers, and operated at the intersection of creativity, data, technology and commercial impact.

Berna Akin Eris

She spent years at Google leading branding business solutions and innovation work, helping major advertisers and agencies make Google's platform solutions work commercially. Her background combines product, monetisation, go-to-market and market adoption. The full commercial stack required for a category this new.
