Invite @3RD to a channel, or send it a direct message, and ask about visibility, competitors, the sources AI cites, sentiment, or your Playbook. Answers come back in the thread, so the whole team sees the same numbers.
- Everyone sees only the brands they can see in 3RD.
- Ask for a change, like adding a prompt, and nothing happens until you confirm it.
- Your Slack admin may need to approve the app once.

Prefer your own AI assistant? Connect it to 3RD.
The 3RD MCP server lets Claude answer from your live 3RD data: visibility, citations, competitors, sentiment, and your Playbook. Connected to Claude or ChatGPT, it's read-only: it reads your data and never changes it, and it only sees the brands your account can see.
Open connectors
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
Paste the address
Name it 3RD and paste https://app.get3rd.com/api/mcp
Sign in
Click Connect and sign in with your usual 3RD account.
Approve
Review the access request and approve it. You can revoke it at any time.
Ask
Turn on the connector in a chat, and ask in plain words.

Export API
Your numbers, in your reporting stack
Every endpoint is a GET request that returns JSON and never writes anything. The OpenAPI specification needs no key, so your data team can check it before you sign up.

Your data is stored in the EU and never used to train public AI models. See security
- Every connection uses your 3RD account or a key you create, and sees only what your account can see.
- Label each key by what it's for, and revoke it in one click. Revoking takes effect at once.
- A Looker Studio or Export API key reads every brand in your organization. To limit a report to one brand, share the report, not the key.
FAQ
Questions about integrations
Do we need a developer to connect anything?
No. Search Console, GA4, Piwik PRO, Slack, and Claude connect from settings in minutes, and we switch on HubSpot and Looker Studio for you on request. Only the Export API needs someone who writes code, and only if you want your data in a warehouse.
Does 3RD publish to our CMS?
No. With HubSpot (in beta), Content Agent sends a finished draft into your HubSpot CMS, and you review and publish it there. With any other CMS, you copy the approved draft in. Tell us which CMS you use, and we'll look at adding it.
Which AI assistants work with the MCP server?
Claude on the web, in the desktop app, and in Claude Code. Those are the clients our setup guide covers.
