Plan
Set a goal. Get the ranked work to reach it, checked daily against the latest AI answers.
Playbooks turn the diagnosis into a plan: a goal you set, the tasks that reach it ranked by impact, and the steps to finish each one. Content, technical, authority, and outreach work sit in one plan, and 3RD shows where paid placement can close the gap while you earn the answer.

The current way
A list of tips isn't a plan.
- Recommendation lists tell you what could be done. They don't say what to do first, or how it gets you to your goal.
- Your content calendar was planned from Google keywords, not the questions people ask AI.
- Without a goal, nobody can say whether the work worked. The CMO stops asking, and the work stops.
“It feels a bit intimidating for me because I need to work on it and I don't know where to start.”

What Plan does
Start from a goal you set
A goal is a score to reach for a group of prompts, in a market, on the models you choose, with an owner. Create one from any topic in the diagnosis, and every task in the plan is matched to it.

Every task has a category (content quality, crawlability, authority, or outreach), a progress bar, an owner, and a status. Technical tasks go to your SEO or web team, and 3RD Agent does the rest with your marketing team. Export the plan as a CSV, or generate more tasks when you've finished these.

Pay where you can't win yet
Ads lists the high-value prompts where your organic visibility is weakest, ranked by opportunity. That's where paid placement in AI answers does the most, while the Playbook works on earning the answer.
How we judge each campaign
Purple dots are recommended, grey ones are not. Dot size shows how often the strongest competitor is recommended.
Checked every day, honestly
Every day, 3RD measures the Playbook's own topic and market. It shows the change since the start, and says plainly that competitors, model changes, and seasonality move the number too. You see what happened alongside the work, without a claim that the work caused it.

A worked example
Inside one task
The goal
Raise visibility from 11% to 27% on Must-win active lifestyle prompts in Denmark, on ChatGPT, AI Overviews, and AI Mode.
Why it's low
Only one of seven Must-win prompts is fully covered, and citation share is low despite positive sentiment.
One of eleven tasks
Pitch the brand into a Danish winter-running guide.
Why this opportunity: the guide has tripled its AI citations in 30 days, it answers exactly the prompts the brand wants to win, and it doesn't mention the brand.
The ask: a spot in the guide's recommendations, with a link.
- Find the editor and reach out in Danish
- Pitch the relevant range
- Supply copy, images and a link
- Watch the page's citations for 30 days
FAQ
Questions about the plan
How many Playbooks can we run?
Starter includes a preview Playbook built on your data. Pro adds a new custom Playbook every month, and Growth and up run unlimited Playbooks. See pricing
Does the plan change by itself?
The measurement does. Every day, 3RD checks what moved. The tasks change only when you refresh or generate more, so your team always knows what it's working on.
Who decides what goes into the plan?
You set the goal and the owner, and approve the work. 3RD ranks the tasks by what an experienced specialist would do first.
Should we pay for ads or earn the answer?
Usually both. 3RD shows the prompts where you're weakest organically. That's where paid placement does the most, while the Playbook works on earning the answer. Paid and earned are measured separately.
