Growth is 10 brands, 4 models, 300 prompts, 15,000 pages, unlimited seats with roles, the full driver analysis and task list per driver, and playbooks across up to 3 separate markets. It is where most growing brands settle, and the first tier where asset creation and agentic commerce come included rather than as add-ons.

Choose annual billing at signup or renewal and you save 15% across the entire 12 months. Annual contracts are paid upfront. The discount applies to your subscription only. Solution Architect packages and one-time integrations are billed separately at standard rates.

Agentic commerce extends this into autonomous AI agents that act on behalf of your brand inside answer engines. Both are on our near-term roadmap. Customers on Growth and Enterprise receive these capabilities included as soon as they launch. Starter and Pro can add them as paid add-ons. We will publish exact launch dates as we get closer to release.

Yes. Pro, Growth and Enterprise all include unlimited seats with no per-user fee, and Growth adds roles for larger teams. We want your whole team in the platform, because visibility data only changes anything when the people who own the content can see it. Starter includes 2 seats, which keeps that tier positioned for solo operators and small teams getting started.

Enterprise customers vary too much for a single price. The €2,500 platform base reflects the underlying software value. On top of that, the total depends on your number of markets, languages, model coverage, governance requirements (SSO, integrations) and how much Solution Architect time you want included. We quote each scope individually so you only pay for what you actually need.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Partner tiers are based on the number of active client brands you bring to 3RD. Agency Partner is for 3–10 brands, Certified Partner for 11–25, and Preferred Partner for 26+. The more brands you onboard, the lower your per-brand price — and the more we invest back into your visibility through marketing, co-promotion, and a partner badge. Tier graduation is reviewed quarterly, so as you grow, your unit economics improve automatically.

Tier graduation is reviewed quarterly, not in real-time, and any tier change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We'll always give you 60 days' notice before adjusting your tier downward, with the option to lock in your current tier at the standard rate if you commit to maintaining the brand count within the next quarter.
